ENFORCER made Thursday night in Buenos Aires vibrate
After a three-year wait, the Swedish band ENFORCER returned to Argentina to reconnect with their fans and prove that classic Heavy/Speed Metal not only withstands the test of time but burns brighter than ever. A tour that began in Córdoba and made its Buenos Aires stop, February 5th, at Uniclub, the chosen venue for a night that promised metal and unwavering loyalty.
The show began after 7 PM, with local bands warming up the crowd. MERCURIO was the first to take the stage, delivering traditional Heavy Metal, full of style and galloping riffs.

Next came INNERFORCE, with a sound more akin to Power Metal.

And finally VELOCIDAD 22 took the stage to ignite the audience. The venue was already packed, and the euphoria was palpable, anticipating what was to come. Around 10 PM, the Swedes made their triumphant entrance. ENFORCER, a relatively young band with 22 years of history and six albums under their belt, returned to our shores to revisit their most celebrated anthems. Enveloped in a raw and direct sound, the group raised the flag of Heavy and Speed Metal high.

The first blow came with “Destroyer,” followed by a devastating barrage that included “Undying Evil,” “Unshackle Me,” “From Beyond,” and “Live for the Night.” The initial energy, far from dissipating, grew song after song, raising the adrenaline of a devoted audience. One of the most celebrated moments came with the powerful cover of Black Sabbath’s “Die Young,” which sealed the connection between band and audience.
Although the setlist covered much of their discography, it focused primarily on “Diamonds” and “From Beyond,” two of their most representative works. Even so, there was room for gems like “Zenith of the Black Sun” and, from their more recent material, “Coming Alive” and the emotive ballad “Nostalgia.”
The final stretch reached its peak with “Mesmerized By Fire” and “Running in Menace.” Without a moment’s respite, and after an imposing drum solo, “Hell Will Follow” and “Take Me Out of This Nightmare” rang out. After a brief intermission, “Katana” and “Midnight Vice” put the finishing touch on an unforgettable night. Thus ended a legendary show, resurrecting Speed Metal, charting its course, and reaffirming why this genre is more alive than ever.
