General ticket sales for Rock in Rio begin this Monday, the 8th, at 7 PM.

The festival also features a special live event in partnership with Globo, which will warm up and prepare the audience for the rush for tickets to the edition that will include shows by Foo Fighters, Avenged Sevenfold, Calvin Harris, Elton John, Stray Kids, Maroon 5 and Twenty One Pilots on the World Stage, in addition to exclusive experiences that will thrill the audience.

Rio de Janeiro, June 8, 2026: After a record-breaking pre-sale – in less than two hours – Brazil is preparing to experience a historic party in Rio this September. Starting at 7 PM today, Monday, June 8th, the public will have another chance to secure a place at this unforgettable edition of Rock in Rio and experience unique moments in the City of Rock. General ticket sales are exclusively through the Ticketmaster Brazil platform, and the festival organizers recommend that fans prepare in advance for the purchase process. These recommendations include pre-registering with Ticketmaster Brazil, having payment methods ready, and accessing the website in advance to expedite the process in what is expected to be high demand. For those who haven’t yet secured their place, this will be the opportunity to guarantee a spot at an edition that brings together more than 15 exclusive performances in Brazil, great musical collaborations, and a program capable of attracting audiences from different regions of the country. Rock in Rio fans can also get into the spirit of the general ticket sale in a special way this year. Today at 6 PM, in partnership with Globo, the festival will host a warm-up live stream on the gshow.com website and on the social media accounts @gshow, @multishow, and @rockinrio. Presented by Dedé Teicher, the broadcast will feature special guests, musical acts, exclusive content, and all the information about the 2026 edition. Among the participants in the studio will be Os Garotin and K-pop fan and influencer Pedro Bonvivant, as well as Ana Deccache, Marketing Director of Rock World, and Zé Ricardo, Artistic Vice-President of Rock World. Scheduled to take place at Cidade do Rock, in Rio de Janeiro’s Olympic Park, on September 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, and 13, 2026, Rock in Rio has already released its complete lineup, which includes 45 international artists and more than 15 unique and exclusive shows, in addition to unprecedented and exciting experiences that go beyond the festival stages. From rock to pop, from rap to funk, from electronic music to R&B, each day has been carefully planned to provide unique encounters and performances that make fans not only watch the shows, but feel like an essential part of every moment of the festival.

With a diverse and powerful lineup, Rock in Rio 2026, on September 4th, features Foo Fighters as the headliner on the World Stage, along with Rise Against, The Hives, and Nova Twins. On the same date, the Sunset Stage features Capital Inicial with Dado Villa-Lobos, Hot Milk, Detonautas with Biquini and Di Ferrero, and the Favela Space features MC Rodrigo do CN, Hitmaker, and GBZ7N. The New Dance Order stage headlines with Steve Angello, in addition to performances by GIU x Carola, ATKÖ, and Cat Dealers. The Global Village hosts Paulinho Moska, Leela, and Giovanna Moraes, while the Supernova stage features Diogo Defante, Venere Vai Venus, Rock in Gil with Larissa Luz, and Chady. On the 5th, the World Stage closes with Avenged Sevenfold, along with performances by Bring Me The Horizon, mgk (Machine Gun Kelly), and Sepultura. Also on the 5th, Sunset hosts Bad Omens, Poppy, Black Pantera with Nervosa, and Malvada with Day Limns, while Espaço Favela features Major RD, Canto Cego, and Quantum. At New Dance Order, James Hype is the main attraction, with performances by Volkoder, Camila Jun x Eli Iwasa, and Victor Lou. Global Village will host Korzus, Noturnall + Russell Allen, and Rhegia, while Supernova welcomes Supercombo, Lvcas, MC Taya, and Zero.

General ticket sales begin today, June 8th, at 7 PM. This will be the opportunity for fans to secure their presence at Rock City for seven days of celebration. Starting today at 7 PM, fans can access general ticket sales, which will be sold exclusively online through the Ticketmaster Brazil platform (https://www.ticketmaster.com.br/event/rockinrio). General admission tickets cost R$ 870 (full price), R$ 435 (half price), and R$ 739.50 for Itaú bank customers, with no service fee. Tickets for the Comfort Zone – a new general admission ticket option for Rock in Rio that allows ticket holders access to an exclusive area to the side of the World Stage with dedicated bars and restrooms – will cost R$ 1,950 (full price), R$ 975 (half price), and R$ 1,657.50 for Itaú bank customers, with a 15% discount. Payment can be made with credit cards or PIX (Brazilian instant payment system). Customers who pay with credit cards issued by Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A. receive a 15% discount on ticket purchases (not cumulative with half-price tickets) and can pay in up to 8 installments without interest. For other accepted cards, installment payments can be made in up to 6 installments without interest. International cards are not eligible for installment payments. For PIX payments, simply use the QR Code displayed on the final screen of the purchase process and make the payment. The deadline to complete the purchase is 10 minutes after the payment code is generated. Tickets will be guaranteed and available only after payment confirmation. For Rock in Rio tickets sold to the general public, customers can purchase up to 4 (four) tickets per day, combining Gramado and Comfort Zone tickets, with a limit of up to 1 half-price ticket per sector. Exclusively, people with disabilities may select, in addition to their own ticket, one additional half-price ticket for their companion for each day purchased, respecting the limit of a maximum of four tickets per festival day per CPF (Brazilian tax identification number).

The choice must be made exclusively by the cardholder through the Ticketmaster Brazil website, accessing the “My Orders” area within the purchase history. Each Rock in Rio Card is valid for a single day of the festival, and the customer can choose the same or different dates, depending on the quantity purchased. Once set, the date cannot be changed. During the selection period, the public can choose any day of the festival without risk of tickets selling out. After this period, the final selection will depend on ticket availability for each date, reinforcing the importance of completing the process in advance, especially for the most popular days. This dynamic also allowed fans to follow the announcements of acts throughout the period, and all artists for each day were revealed before the closing of the selection window, helping the public decide with more confidence which day to experience at Rock in Rio.
