David Ellefson made vibrated Buenos Aires on Saturday night
David Ellefson returned with his Basstory show to Rock Bar Xperience (a.k.a. RBX), featuring Andy Martognelli and Emmanuel López on guitars, Adrian Espósito on drums, and the participation of the national singer Nasson, known for his solo work and with Chaos Magic.
Starting the evening, the Megadeth tribute band, “Mellowdeth”, gave a very good performance, with great covers. Then it was the turn of “Ocio”, a national band with very powerful sounds!
And before the much-anticipated moment of the night, we had Viejo Blanco, formed by Matías Gabriel Pullo (vocals/guitar), Ale Ramírez (bass/backing vocals), and Bauti Arrieta (drums), who delivered a very good hard rock performance, warming up the engines.

Viejo Blanco
After a few minutes’ delay, with the curtain closed, the first chords began to play, and the audience exploded! The great Ellefson appeared on stage, launching into “Dawn Patrol,” a well-known Megadeth song, which prompted the fans to start jumping and singing along.
Of course, it was a show marked by the performance of Megadeth anthems, but there came an emotional moment when they played “Neon Knights,” and the audience began to shout “Ozzy, Ozzy” all very excited with his picture on screen.
We also had the well-known “Paranoid,” a cover of Black Sabbath, unleashing massive mosh pits.
But the classic “Symphony of Destruction” couldn’t be missing, almost closing the night, and wow! What a moment! The famous “Megadeth, Aguante Megadeth!” chant was everywhere, with everyone jumping, moshing, and singing along with great fervor!
We want to highlight how well Argentinians Emmanuel López (guitar) and Adrian Espósito (drums) play; these guys are incredibly talented.
What a wonderful Saturday night show!
