An evening with Machine Head
Last Wednesday, October 25 the Teatro Flores was host of an old-school rock night!!
Opening the night the local band HUESO, with an incredible performance.
The crowd very expectant awaited, the lights went out, and the band took the stage, Flynn asked the audience if they were ready to go crazy with Machine Head and urged them to raise their fists and make noise (Argentina!, makes some f*cking noise!”)
The band consolidated an entire 30-year career based on a string of classic hits, Starting the night with Imperium, The third song to be played was CHØKE ØN THE ASHES ØF YØUR HATE, with the audience singing and jumping!
The funny moment of the night was when Machine Head played for a second the song blink-182 “All the Small Despite all the brutality that occurred in the mosh pit, there was also a moment of real intimacy between Robb and the audience when performing “Darkness Within”.
The final stretch of the more than two hours, closing the night with the incredible “Halo”, reserved to give a wonderful close to the evening. But in general, the band toured almost all of their albums, whether it was the nu metal precedent of The Burning Red (1999) with “From This Day” or the obscure Bloodstone & Diamonds (2014) with “Now We Die”.
