Lacuna Coil In Argentina, ITALY SAID PRESENT!
Last March 12th, The iconic Lacuna Coil returned to Argentina with their Sleepless Empire Tour 2025, rocking the Teatro Flores.
Opening the night was the Argentinian band Nihil, formed in 2021. Despite their short career, they have demonstrated impeccable professionalism in their performances.
The moment we were all waiting for arrived, the guys from Lacuna took the stage, and the audience exploded with shouts and emotion.
Starting with the “Layers of Time” (Black Anima albúm, 2019), and continuing with the “Reckless” song that made the whole audience sing along.
It is worth highlighting the vocal quality of both Cristina and Andrea, which remained impeccable with clean and defined lyrical and guttural notes.
One of the most beautiful things of the night, at least for me (because my parents were Italian), was hearing Cristina speak in Italian. I understood every word and felt like I was part of the family for a moment.
Of course, the famous Ole Ole Ole from the audience could not be missed!
It was time for the Depeche Mode cover “Enjoy the Silence” and all I can say was, impeccable!
After a short break, with fans clamoring for more, they returned to the stage to close out the night with five more songs, including “Gravity” (live debut).
Lacuna Coil stands out for its wonderful staging, with amazing makeup and costumes, very gothic and striking, their voices and sounds make us vibrate with each song, they are one of those bands that you enjoy minute by minute of the show.
