The Warning rocked Buenos Aires

The Warning returned to Argentina on March 13th at the Teatro Flores, the second time I have had the pleasure of seeing these powerful young Mexican talents.

Opening the night, Argentine metalcore band, Mi Ultima Solución, created in 2011, is quickly climbing the ranks, they sound incredibly good live!

The long-awaited moment of the night arrived, with a sold-out, almost since the date was announced, an indisputable success, with fans waiting outside the venue from very early on, the beautiful Mexican sister’s talents took the stage and the audience exploded.

Starting with the single “Six Feet Deep” from their most recent album, “Keep Me Fed,” the fans’ fervor grew song by song.

A very beautiful moment arrived, with a guitar solo by Dany, her older sister, who is only 25 years old. What a wonderful talent this girl has!

The setlist was more dedicated to their latest work, but this did not mean that they left out songs from their previous albums that we were all waiting for, such as “CHOKE” (one of my favorite songs from the band), “Disciple,” “Evolve,” among others.

A pleasant surprise for everyone was when Lula Bertoldi (singer of the successful Argentine band Eruca Sativa) joined the girls to sing “Martirio” (we want to remember that The Warning, on their first visit to Argentina, were the support band for Eruca Sativa, when they were little teenagers).

After a short break, the girls returned to the stage to close with “Narcisista” and “Automatic Sun.”
I must highlight the band’s constant gratitude, their charisma on stage, the powerful drum sounds of Pau, Dany’s incredible voice, and the delicious bass sound of Ale. The Villareal sisters gave it their all and more!
If in 2023 they surprised me and left a great taste in my mouth with their show, this time they blew me away! We look forward to their return!

  • I saw them in Mexico City and they kick ass live. Seeing them play in Argentina is on my bucket list because of the crowd energy there.
